Students
As a student, you can get a summer job or work part-time job at Aneo. You can even write your a bachelor’s or master’s thesis in collaboration with us. Young people give us new perspectives, energy and insights. That’s why we see collaborating with students as a “win-win”.
It’s part of our social mission to give young people an opportunity to gain concrete work experience within the green shift. We also consider it an important part of being open, brave, and responsible in a learning organisation.
Summer interns
What can you expect from a summer internship at Aneo?
Our summer programme runs over 6 weeks, with 3 weeks joint compulsory holiday included in that period. Start-up is usually in mid-June, and the programme winds down in mid-August.
During their time at the company, student interns work (alone or in groups) on project assignments on which Aneo wants to focus. You will also be included in a common academic and social programme. You will be assigned a mentor/project manager who will assist you in your project assignment.

You are a student and meet the requirements set out in the student internship advertisement. You are OPEN, share your knowledge, and foster new ideas. You want to develop yourself while contributing to our common development and the organisation’s learning. You are BRAVE and dare to take on new challenges. You are keen to try, fail and learn, and share the insights with your colleagues. You are RESPONSIBLE and keep your promises. You take the time to listen and are committed to fostering a good and innovative work environment.

Writing a bachelor’s or master’s thesis together with Aneo provides a unique opportunity to tackle and investigate pressing issues with which the power industry is grappling.
