Management team

Gunnar Hovland is the CEO of Aneo. He has extensive experience as a top executive, most recently as CEO of TINE SA. Hovland has also worked in finance and the energy sector, including as CEO of BN Bank, Deputy Managing Director of Fjordkraft, and CEO of Trondheim Kraft AS. He holds a master's degree from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Olav Sem Austmo is the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO at Aneo. Austmo has experience from roles such as Group Director at Sparebank 1 Midt-Norge and Director of Personal Banking at BN Bank. He is educated as an economist, a certified financial analyst, and holds an MBA with a specialization in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Kari Skeidsvoll Moe is the Head of Asset management and Growth Renewables, responsible for the group's development and investment in new wind and solar power production. Moe joined TrønderEnergi in 2015, initially as Legal Director and Head of Legal/Administrative Staff. Prior to this, she spent 10 years at Norsk Hydro, initially as Corporate Counsel in Norway and later as Vice President and Head of Hydro's legal department in Brazil.

Moe holds a law degree from the University of Oslo, a master's degree from Humboldt-Universität in Berlin, and a post-graduate degree from King's College in London. She has extensive experience in board work in both group companies and external listed companies, including serving as a member of Equinor's corporate assembly since 2016.

Hilde Landsem is the Head of Energy Management, responsible for monitoring and control, physical and financial power trading, flexibility services, and forecasting and optimization. Landsem joined TrønderEnergi in 2019 after many years at Powel. She has a background in the software industry and associated services for energy companies. Landsem holds a Master of Science degree from NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology).

Ole Martin Buene is the Director of Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, and Branding.

Mr. Buene has held various executive positions in communication and marketing at Fremtind, TINE, and the Labour Party i Norway. Mr. Buene is an alumnus of Westerdals School of Communication.
